At Dainty's Pods, every isopod order is packed with care to ensure your animals arrive safe, healthy, and ready to settle in.
How we pack your isopods
Each order is carefully packed in a secure petri dish with damp moss to maintain hydration during transit, and leaf litter for nutrition — so your isopods have everything they need to stay healthy during their journey.
What's covered
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on the full quantity ordered of all live isopod orders. If your isopods do not survive transit, we will offer you a replacement or refund, providing:
- You contact us within 12 hours of the delivery being marked as delivered
- You provide clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the isopods
- The order was shipped to a secure address where someone was available to receive it and opened upon receiving it
- The claim does not include any overcounts or extra isopods sent beyond the quantity ordered
What's not covered
A claim will not be accepted if any of the following apply:
- The order was left in extreme heat or cold after delivery
- The claim was made outside the 12-hour window
- The order was not opened on the same day as delivery
- The claim does not include photographic evidence of both the packaging and the isopods
- Any overcounts or extra isopods shipped beyond the quantity ordered
How to claim
Email us at support@daintyspods.co.uk or message us on Facebook with your order number and photographic evidence. We aim to get back to you within 1 hour during the daytime, or the next morning for claims made during the night.
