How We Ship

At Dainty's Pods, we take great care to ensure your isopods arrive safe, healthy, and happy. All live orders are packed with care using specialist packaging designed to keep your pods comfortable throughout their journey.

Processing Times

Orders are processed on weekdays only (Monday–Friday). We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Shipping — 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery option. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage for updates!

Live Animal Packaging

Your isopods are packed in breathable, insulated packaging to ensure they travel safely. In extreme weather conditions (very hot or very cold), we may delay dispatch to protect the welfare of your pods. We'll always let you know if this affects your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged or your isopods have not survived transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
