Processing Times All orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day; orders placed after this time may be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery We ship within the UK using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard: 1–2 working days

Live Animal Shipping All live isopods are packed with care to ensure safe arrival. We include appropriate ventilation and substrate to maintain their wellbeing during transit. We recommend being available to receive your parcel promptly.

Live Arrival Guarantee We guarantee live arrival on all orders sent. If your isopods arrive in poor condition, please photograph them within 2 hours of delivery and contact us . We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Weather Holds During extreme weather conditions (very high or low temperatures), we may delay dispatch to protect the animals. We'll notify you if this affects your order.
